In connection with the Legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, the opportunity to participate in our surveys is limited by age. In order to be able to participate, you need to fill in your exact month and year of birth.

Via your email:

• you must verify your profile;
• you will gain access to your personal account in the BGInTouch system;
• you will receive invitation about our surveys;
• you will receive notifications from us;
• you will have the opportunity to report any problems and seek help from our team;
• we will communicate with you regarding your rewards;

In order to increase the accessibility of our research and the level of professionalism towards our panelists, we are expanding the list of channels via which you can receive invitations and notifications from us. Therefore, we need your mobile phone number.

Your preferred contact channels will be prioritized for invitations to our surveys.

We reserve the right to contact you through any possible channel for the following reasons:

• high-priority research;
• we are unable to contact you through your preferred channels;
• communication regarding your rewards;
